3 Page Enrollment Guide Self-mailer

First of its kind, this pilot self-mailer is 25.5 in by 11in when it is unfolded. That’s right, three 8.5 in by 11in all in one that folds and is tabbed so it can be mailed out to the Via Benefits participants. The goal of this asset was to have a shorter “straight to the point” Enrollment Guide. This guide also cuts down printing costs compared to the standard bound Enrollment Guide.

• I have developed a standard for formatting the InDesign files to have multiple audience layouts in one file.

• This asset created multiple educational printable pieces as an option to send to participants.

  • InDesign file is set up to support various audiences, including different funding groups.

  • Experimented with image placement, text placement, and how the participants would experience the piece.

  • Created a new type of self-mailer template.
