Book of Business Fall Newsletter

Newsletter communications are sent to participants to keep them up-to-date with information about Medicare and, when applicable, requirements to maintain their HRA. The Fall Newsletter is a condensed print piece to update participants on Medicare news and remind them about Open Enrollment dates. The Newsletter is a 9in by 16.5in self-mailer that is folded three times and tabbed with a finished size of 9in by 5.5in.

  • I developed a more efficient way to format the InDesign files for the 16 different Client-Specific Fall Newsletter.

    • I demoed the format/layout to the design and fulfillment teams I work with.

    • I explained the process and how this format could improve file size, the number of files, and the printing production.

    • I coordinated and collaborated with our printers to ensure the process would work for everyone.

    • This year was one of our printers’ smoothest and fastest processing times.
