2023-24 Prospective Student Guide

The University’s Prospective Student Guide is a comprehensive document designed to provide essential information and guidance to individuals considering enrollment at The University of Utah.

The design for the Prospective Student Guide was originally a dense booklet that was not engaging to the students. It had the exact content that was in the Viewbook but with less pages. During this project, we reimagined how the Prospective Student Guide and Viewbook would work together. The new design for the Prospective Student Guide is now a snapshot of the information in the Viewbook to get the students excited and not lose interest in reading through more detail than they might be ready for.

We also broke down the information to serve three different audiences. Each audience has its own content and design. The new design is easier to carry and allows our Admissions team to use it as talking points at college fairs.
