2022 OPERS Fall Newsletter

This project, along with the other OPERS (client specific) projects on my portfolio, are the first assets with the new revamped branding specific for this client. This was the first asset that the retiree population was introduced to the unique design style. Packed full of helpful critical articles for enrolling in Medicare, the design needed to be inviting and engaging enough to stand out amongst the “pile of mail on the counter.”

  • Developed a standard design practice for setting up InDesign files to be more efficiently laid out for the print vendor.

  • Created a Client-specific design standard with a fresh modern feel

  • Experimented with image placement, saturation, and article callouts to create an “important article hierarchy”.
